1. How do I receive my fonts after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you will receive a download link by email and in your customer account. You can download your font files instantly.
2. What font formats are included?
All purchases include OTF, TTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 formats, so you can use them for print, digital projects, and websites.
3. Can I use the fonts for commercial projects?
Yes, if you purchase a Commercial or Professional License. The Standard License ($3) is limited to personal and small projects (up to 10,000 sales). The Commercial License ($9) covers unlimited projects and web use for small businesses. The Professional License ($29) covers corporate, broadcast, and app usage.

No. You cannot share, resell, or redistribute font files in any way. Each user must purchase their own license unless covered by a Professional License.
6. Do you allow refunds?
Since fonts are digital products, all sales are final. If you experience an issue (such as corrupted files or download errors), contact us and we’ll provide a replacement.
7. Can I trademark a logo made with LetterCrafted fonts?
Only under the Professional License. For Standard or Commercial licenses, you may use the fonts for logos, but not trademark them without upgrading.
8. Can I embed fonts in apps, games, or software?
This is allowed only under the Professional License.
9. Do you offer custom licenses?
Yes. If your project doesn’t fit into our Standard, Commercial, or Professional licenses, please contact us for a custom license.
